Delectable HOOD-CREST "Tree-Ripened" fruit comes from the heart of fruit-growing country in the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon and Washington. We hand-pack quality fruit in a process "better than home canned". All cans are packed full to the top with fruit picked at it's peak. We use sugar, instead of corn syrup, for a lighter, milder taste. We never use chemicals to peel the fruit or in any part of the packing process.
